• Registration is needed for congress general areas and participation in scientific meetings attendance. Registration fee includes participation in scientific activities, name badge, name badge program, participation certificate and congress bag.

•8% VAT is not included.
• Elexus Hotel works with the Full Board Plus system and within the hotel accommodation system, breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks at dinner and use of the Lobby bar are free of charge for congress guests between 10:00 and 00:00. Local alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages are included in the concept. Turkish coffee, special bean coffee, etc. are extra charged.
• 3 night accommodation fees, 10 November check-in, 13 November check-out, 4 night accomodation fees include 9 November check-in and 14 November check-out.
• Serenas Tourism; reserves the right to reflect the change in the amount of tax, duties, charges.
Participants who do not have accommodation through the organizational secretariat and are not registered at the congress venues where only the registered secretariat has presented can enter the congress center on November 10-14 and have a 4 day package for the congress registration fees so that they can benefit from the hotel concept between 09:00-18:00 daily 1.000TL + 18% VAT payments are required. Participants who do not pay this amount will not be able to enter the congress center.
